Samsung has quietly announced the entry-level Galaxy M15 5G smartphone in select regions. The device was spotted on Samsung’s official website in Iraq and some other parts of the Levant. In this respect reports GSMArena broadcast.

The Galaxy M15 represents a significant upgrade over its predecessor, the M14. For example, the new model uses a 6.5-inch OLED screen with FHD + resolution and a refresh rate of up to 90 Hz instead of the IPS matrix of the same size.

The performance of the new product is provided by the MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ processor with a maximum clock frequency of 2.2 GHz, which replaced the Exynos 1330. This SoC is paired with 4GB RAM and 128GB internal memory. The latter can be expanded using a microSD card slot.

The camera set includes a 50 MP main sensor, 2 MP macro camera and 5 MP ultra wide-angle module. The selfie camera has a resolution of 13 MP. The same sensor is also used in the Galaxy M14.

Galaxy M15 has a 6,000mAh battery that supports 25W charging speed. The smartphone comes with Android 14 out of the box, but Samsung’s promotional materials suggest that the device will receive updates until Android 18 is released.

Galaxy M15 will come in three colors: light blue, navy blue and grey. The exact price of the new product has not been announced, but it is certain that it will be under $300.
