The prices of games in the Turkish region of the popular Russian digital store Sony PlayStation Store have increased again. This time the price adjustment affected more than 3 thousand projects, reports PSprices community on VKontakte.

Games with increased prices include Elden Ring, Cyberpunk 2077, Baldur’s Gate 3, Hogwarts Legacy, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – Complete Edition, Red Dead Redemption 2 and thousands of other popular games. On average, the price of each project increased by 500 lira (about 1.5 thousand rubles), as a result of which the price of games in the Turkish PS Store is now about 2 thousand lira and above (more than 6 thousand rubles).

After the closure of the Russian PlayStation Store in March 2022, the Turkey region became popular among Russians and CIS residents. Then many people lost access to the digital store, including not only residents of the Russian Federation, but also citizens of Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and other CIS countries. Then players turned their attention to the Turkish PS Store, where games are several times cheaper than in other countries, taking into account the depreciation of the lira and regional prices.

At that time, the price of games in Turkey was below 1 thousand liras (about 3 thousand rubles). For example, the price of the remake of The Last of Us Part I is only 699 lira (about 2 thousand rubles). Maximum subscription year PS Plus Deluxe was offered at a price of 460 lira at launch and currently costs 2740 lira. Thus, the prices in the Turkish PS Store are at the same level as the Russian store throughout the operating period.
