Google announces a potentially popular Android feature

Google Search Labs is testing a feature called “Talk to a Live Representative” that puts the user on the phone with technical support representatives at companies with long wait times. In this respect reports edition 9to5Google.

When you dial the customer support phone number mapped to a specific company online, you’ll be prompted to enable the “Talk to a Live Representative” feature. Once enabled, the Google bot will start calling the support service instead of a contact, and as soon as the operator picks up the phone, the bot will call the user and connect the contacts.

First of all, the new feature will appear on Google branded smartphones Pixel. Later, the “Talk to a Live Agent” option can be added to other Android devices.

The “Talk to a Live Representative” feature is not compatible with all company support services. The list of companies currently supported includes many American businesses from the airlines, telecommunications, retail, delivery and insurance industries.
