Three new smartphones of the Russian brand Highscreen have been registered with the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC). The portal drew attention to this Mobile phone.
The person applying for the notification is SMI Holding, also known as Sovereign Mobile Initiative. media last year reportedHe said that the project expects an investment of 10 billion rubles. The company then had to develop and produce Android smartphones and tablets. The design of the devices was entrusted to Vadim Kopin, the founder of Vobis Computer, which produces smartphones under the Highscreen brand.
The EEC notification lists three smartphones under the Highscreen brand so far: 13M, 13 Max5 and 13 Lite. The features and operating system on which the devices operate have not yet been announced. Due to sanctions, Russian manufacturers cannot use Google services on their devices, so Google Play is unlikely to be present in new Highscreen products, as the author of Mobiltelefon believes. It is possible that the manufacturer chose “pure” Android with the RuStore application store or the Russian Aurora operating system, which is already installed on some Aquarius smartphones.
Vobis Computer, the owner of the Highscreen brand, became the first company to bring an Android smartphone to the Russian market in 2009. The Highscreen PP5420 had a 3-inch screen, 3 MP camera and ran Android 1.5.
