Walmart, the world’s largest retailer, has introduced a new tool based on artificial intelligence (AI) GenAI. It is designed to help customers choose the right products for specific scenarios without depending on brands. Walmart added that the AI function is already available to iOS device users. Website and Android versions are expected before the end of 2024.
Representatives of the retailer also announced another AI-based tool called Walmart InHome Replenishment, which will facilitate repeat orders for delivery to replenish home stocks of goods and groceries.
