Xiaomi’s MIUI replacement now has a logo

An image of the official logo of HyperOS, Xiaomi’s new proprietary shell for Android that is supposed to replace MIUI on the company’s smartphones, has surfaced online. X logo on your profile (Twitter) published President and founder of Xiaomi Lei Jun.

The HyperOS logo is a cluster of square dots of different sizes. They form the silhouette of a 12-pointed star. According to Jun, the dots symbolize a galaxy of ideas spinning together, connected by the company’s “digital universe.”

“People and devices in the dot matrix move freely and connect easily in our HyperOS world, like stars in the real universe,” added the Xiaomi president.

The Chinese IT giant introduced HyperOS in October 2023. HyperOS is an analogue of MIUI, which should become a common platform for both smartphones and other Xiaomi devices. Shell’s development has been ongoing since at least 2017.

The first smartphone to get HyperOS will be the company’s latest flagship, Xiaomi 14.
