At the same time, developers can share their requests and suggestions for “Advanced Windows Settings” via Microsoft’s GitHub. This section will contain additional settings and functions that are currently difficult to find or change in the operating system.
“Advanced Windows Settings” will allow developers to more easily manage their computers, access new or experimental features to improve their workflow, and learn about options that can increase their productivity. The company clarified that this section will not replace the existing options and features in Developer Options in Settings.
The main goals of the new section include giving developers more control over system settings and advanced functions, and helping them find settings that will make their daily work more efficient. There’s also a desire to create a single user interface for customizing developer capabilities in Windows and much more.
