Netflix and Take-Two have signed a deal to release mobile versions of the classic GTA exclusively to online movie subscribers. It is reported on this website netflix.
Starting December 14, subscribers to the streaming service will be able to play Grand Theft Auto The Trilogy Definitive Edition on mobile devices, which includes enhanced versions of GTA III, Vice City, and San Andreas. They will be available on Android and iOS.
The games will be available in the Netflix app or through a special section in the official App Store and Google Play stores. You will need an active Netflix subscription and a stable Internet connection to run GTA The Trilogy.
It is stated that the game controls are optimized for touch screens. The graphics appear to have been scaled down compared to the PC and console versions.
Netflix and GTA publisher Take-Two did not disclose the financial terms of the agreement, but noted that this was an important step in developing cooperation.
In mid-November, the developers announced that a trailer for the next installment of Grand Theft Auto would be available in December. Rumor has it that the presentation will take place at The Game Awards on December 7.
