Some apps on your smartphone not only occupy memory but can also be malicious. The Russians talk about this in their new report warned Roskachestvo experts. Experts also listed the names of specific programs that fail to install.

Roskachestvo recommends first getting rid of applications from the category “My guests in VK”. The truth is that most of them (60%) transfer data to Turkey through authorization. Such utilities include, for example, “Real VK Guests”, “My Guests – Activity on VK Page” and “My VK Fans”.

You should also be wary of password managers, cleaners, and a number of useful utilities like flashlights because they often have tracker-like capabilities, according to Roskachestvo. Among password managers, you should definitely avoid Simple Password Manager, Password Generator, and Password Generator & Manager. The cleaners include Speed Cleaner – Phone Booster & Battery Saver and Phone Cleaner – Clean Ram & Junk Cleaner & Booster. Useful utilities include Super Flashlight, Accurate Scanning of QR Code and Video Creator, Pedometer.

“And of course, it is not surprising that you encounter malware when trying to embellish yourself in a photo using the Beauty Camera Plus and Beauty Slimming Photo Editor applications,” Roskoshestvo added.
