The code name of gaming company Nintendo’s new console is Super Nintendo Play. In this respect reports The GamerAnx post cites South Korean source For_Ataraxia.
According to For_Ataraxia, the Super Nintendo Play is still a hybrid device that can be used separately from or in conjunction with a TV. In the latter case, Super Nintendo Play works without a docking station, unlike the original Nintendo Switch. It was not specified what would replace it. GamerAnx does not rule out that Nintendo is using some form of wireless video transmission technology.
According to insider information, Super Nintendo Play will continue to support cartridges. The buttons will become multicolored, like on the Super Nintendo Entertainment System, for example.
