Users of Samsung Galaxy S23 series smartphones have started receiving a stable version of One UI 6.0 based on Android 14. The portal reports this GSMArena.

Owners of the Samsung Galaxy S23, S23+ and S23 Ultra models in Europe were the first to receive the update. It is assumed that the new firmware will soon be available to users of the foldable Galaxy Z Fold5 and Z Flip5, after which it will also appear on other devices of the South Korean brand.

After installing One UI 6.0, users will get an updated Quick Settings panel with a repositioned brightness slider, new font, default emoji design, Weather widget, and a host of improvements to the Camera app and other built-in apps. It is also stated that when “Airplane Mode” is turned on, only mobile communication will be disabled, while Wi-Fi and Bluetooth will continue to work.

You can manually check for the update in “Settings” – “Software Update” – “Download and Installation”. You will need at least around 3GB of free space on your device to install One UI 6.0.
