According to the Android Authority portal, Samsung smartphones based on Exynos chipsets cannot run Diablo Immortal. Blizzard is working on a fix and may disable downloads for affected devices.
Unsupported devices include Galaxy A12, A13, A21s, A51, Galaxy A Quantum, Galaxy S10, Note 10, F12 and F62, M12, M13 and M62 and XCover 5. Also, SamMobile portal reported that even the latest Exynos 2200 running the flagship S22 line suffered graphical issues and crashes that made the game unplayable.
It is stated that Samsung may suspend the download of a new game for unsupported devices until a fix is released. The company is probably worried about the number of negative reviews from device owners.
Diablo Immortal is a game in Blizzard’s series of the same name that was released on June 1 for Android, iOS and PC.
