Sony announced a new feature for PlayStation 5 and PS Plus Premium users that will allow them to play hundreds of different games over the cloud. In this respect reported on the Sony blog.
The feature will be available in 31 countries starting October 17, including Japan, European countries, the US, and many other countries. However, this function has not yet been provided in the Turkish region, which has become popular among Russians.
Games available for cloud streaming include both exclusive Sony hits and popular multiplatform projects. For example, Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales, Horizon Forbidden West, Ghost of Tsushima, God of War: Ragnarok, Mortal Kombat 11, Resident Evil 4, Dead Island 2, Genshin Impact, Fall Guys, Fortnite and others.
Players will be able to choose the broadcast resolution from 720p to 4K depending on their internet connection speed and preferences. You must have a stable network connection to use the function.
Xbox has a similar service called Xbox Cloud Gaming. Included with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
