Lenovo unveils console that turns into tablet

Lenovo has announced several new devices, including the Legion Go portable game console. Message about it seen on the manufacturer’s website.

The main difference between Legion Go and other players on the market is the ability to eject TrueStrike controllers like the Nintendo Switch. The console also has a stand for installation on a flat surface, two USB-C ports with DisplayPort 1.4 support, and a trackpad.

The device, which weighs 854 grams, offers an 8.8-inch screen with a resolution of 2560×1600 pixels and a refresh rate of 144 Hz. Legion Go is powered by the AMD Ryzen Z1 or Z1 Extreme processor, just like the ROG Ally. The console also comes with 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB, 512GB or 1TB SSD storage.

Legion Go runs Windows 11 and is powered by a 49.2Wh battery with 65W fast charging support.

Alongside the console, Lenovo introduced two additional accessories: Legion Glasses augmented reality glasses with microOLED display, and Legion E510 7.1 RGB in-ear headphones with reinforced emitters and RGB backlighting. The glasses can connect to a variety of devices on Windows, Android, and macOS, and the headphones work over USB-C.

Legion Go will go on sale in November at a price of € 799 (about 83.8 thousand rubles). The glasses and headphones will go on sale in October at a price of 499 € (about 52.3 thousand rubles) and 49 € (about 5.1 thousand rubles), respectively. It is not known whether new items will appear in Russia, but the Russian console page has already appeared on the Lenovo website.
