Earlier in August, the Plaion website published information about two editions of STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl with a release date of December 1, 2023. However, this turned out to be a technical error, not a leak. informs GRY Online portal with links to company representatives.
According to Plaion, the game’s pages accidentally entered the date December 1st, and should instead default to December 31st, 2023 “draft”. Typically, the last day of the year is indicated as a release for projects that do not have a firm release date.
The developers of STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl from GSC Game World studio have not yet announced the official release date of their project, which should be released for PC and Xbox Series X/S before the end of 2023. Game Pass subscribers will get free access to the project immediately after its release.
STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl is the sequel to the cult game series about stalkers in the Exclusion Zone, where players will have to face anomalies, mutants and other dangers.
