In Russia, there are official state records from which you can legally find out about the criminal record of a citizen of the Russian Federation, his debts to banks and traffic violation fines (SDA). This was told socialbites.ca by OSINT analyst Artem Irgebaev, a specialist in collecting and analyzing digital footprints.

According to Irgebaev, officers often use these records when employees of recruitment offices check new employees, as well as private detectives. However, access to such services is not limited to ordinary users. The specialist noted that, as a rule, for a “breakthrough” it is enough to know the full name and date of birth of the person you are looking for.

“For example, you can check a person’s participation in court cases using the court decisions.rf portal. He collected the decisions of courts of general jurisdiction in all regions of Russia in a single database. You can find the information you need by entering your full name, selecting the status of a participant in the case (plaintiff, defendant, applicant, etc.), as well as filtering the results by region (Moscow, Central Federal District, Southern Federal District). region etc.)”, – said Irgebaev.

The expert added that the official websites of district and district courts should be used to verify that a person has participated in civil or arbitration proceedings. There is a section “Card file of court cases” where it is also possible to search by full name.

“To check a person’s debts, you must use the official website of the Federal Enforcement Office, or rather its section called “Executive Bank Enforcement Transactions”. To search for a person’s debts, you will need their full name and date of birth,” said Irgebaev.

According to the expert, if the person has no debt, there can be no enforcement proceedings.

You can also find out about a person’s traffic violations – the official website of the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia (GIBDD) will help with this. Above it, Irgebaev explained, there is a “Services” section, which offers tools to check citizens for incidents and fines, which are subsequently deprived of driver’s license. In the first case, the serial, number and issue date of the driver’s license will be required for verification. The second – car number or vehicle registration certificate.
