Russian studio Sobaka Studio has released a gameplay trailer for its sci-fi action game featuring elements of the roguelike genre Kiborg, in which the main character is a cyborg named Vasily. video posted on YouTube.
According to the plot, the events of Kiborg take place on the prison planet Sigma, which is closed for quarantine. Players will have to send Vasily clones in missions. The game is based on hand-to-hand combat with mutants and mechanized prison warriors. In addition, the cyborg will be able to use the abilities of the suit with the help of implants and various weapons.
Vasily has the opportunity to wear a protective suit that covers himself from head to toe. Various armors can be purchased that will change the character’s performance. For example, increase the damage done by firearms.
You will need to gather resources and hire allies to upgrade Vasily’s abilities. As the story progresses, players will be able to make deals and find banned technologies.
Each mission in Kiborg lasts one game day and cannot be replayed – the story will continue to evolve regardless of the outcome of the mission.
Kiborg is in development for PC and does not have a release date yet. The authors promise full support for the Russian language – voiceover and subtitles.
