Yandex has developed a business travel planning service that is said to help Russian companies reduce travel costs and streamline travel arrangements. This was reported to socialbites.ca by the press service of the Russian IT company.
The new service was called Yandex Business Trips. The product is designed to streamline and make the process of organizing business trips more transparent. The service automatically creates the necessary reporting documents without the participation of the accounting department, provides the manager with information about the travel budget and current expenses in his personal accounts, allows employees to independently choose accommodation, transportation and additional services without approval.
“With its help, companies will be able to reduce the cost of business trips by an average of 3.7 times and the processing time of business trips from 24 hours to 15 minutes,” the press service said.
Yandex Business Travel offers access to a large pool of providers for rail, flight, hotel and ground handling reservations in over 200 countries. Yandex hopes they will be able to connect up to 1,000 customers to the service by the end of 2023, and by 2025 the company plans to capture 20% of the market.
Previously on Yandex taught “Navigator” to determine the duration of future trips.
