At the same time, 10% of the complainants encountered problems while using the web version, while 6% of the users stated that they had problems connecting to the server. Most complaints come from the USA.

Users also report problems accessing Bing, Microsoft Store, Teams, To-Do, Skype, and other company services.

Microsoft has yet to comment on the situation.
