Chinese manufacturer Unihertz introduced a miniature Jelly Star smartphone with a transparent back cover and backlight in the style of Nothing Phone (1). In this respect informs iXBT online version.

The Unihertz Jelly Star smartphone is small by modern standards and has a 3.03-inch IPS display with a modest resolution of 854×480 pixels. More detailed specifications of the display were not disclosed.

Budget chip MediaTek Helio G99 paired with 8GB of RAM is responsible for the performance of the new product. The built-in storage received 256 GB of memory.

On the back of the device, there is a 48-megapixel main camera with a Samsung GM2 sensor, and an 8-megapixel selfie camera on the front.

2000mAh battery supports 7.5W charging.

The smartphone is known to run Android 13 and is equipped with a physical fingerprint scanner.

The novelty stands out from the competition with its dimensions of 95.13×49.52×19.37 mm and a weight of 121 g. Jelly Star also received a transparent back panel and two backlight elements under it.

The cost and start date of the Unihertz Jelly Star sales have yet to be announced.
