Google has released an update for the popular Chrome browser – it has the function of automatically recognizing and correcting typos in URLs. It has been reported blog American company.

“You type a website into Chrome’s address bar and the browser will now detect typos in URLs and suggest websites based on fixes,” the post says.

This feature is already available in the desktop version of Chrome and will be rolling out to mobile devices in the coming months.

According to the developers, the feature will not only help avoid clicking on dubious, potentially fraudulent resources, but will also increase the accessibility of the Internet for people with dyslexia.

Chrome for Android has also added new features that make tab management and editing easier for TalkBack users.

The company has also updated Live Captions, a text-to-speech feature. Now, during a phone call, users will be able to text and the system will play it as a voice for the interlocutor. The feature after the update is also available for German, Italian and French on Android.
