Businessman Elon Musk has called telecommunications “moral wrong bullshit”, saying it’s unfair to employees who can’t work from home. Portal reports Border.
Musk, who previously completely banned working remotely on Twitter, believes this way of working hinders productivity.
“I believe people work better when they are in the office,” the billionaire said. Threatened with layoffs in 2022, Twitter forced all its employees to return to the office – now employees must spend at least 40 hours a week at work.
Musk also opposes remote work because some workers, such as couriers or construction workers, cannot work from home, which automatically makes them “worse” than office workers and creates a moral dilemma.
“If you want to work at Tesla, SpaceX or Twitter, you have to go to work every day,” the entrepreneur said.
