Insomniac Games’ upcoming game Marvel’s Spider Man 2 will get a full-fledged Russian voiceover. In this respect informs “Championship” with reference to sources.
In other words, the sequel of Spider-Man on PlayStation 5, which is expected to be released in 2023, will receive Russian localization in the form of subtitles and voiceovers. It is also stated separately that Sony plans to continue the localization of large-scale games of its own studios.
It is not announced for which region the game will be translated. The PlayStation Store digital store stopped working in Russia in March 2022. At the same time, the lack of Russian subtitles and voice-overs in the Turkish PS Store, which became popular among Russians in the first episode of Marvel’s Spider Man, makes one think that the sequel will be deprived of localization in this region.
In Marvel’s Spider Man 2, players will have to face one of Spider-Man’s main foes, Venom. Rumor has it that the game will allow you to take control of both Peter Parker and Miles Morales. The project is expected to launch in 2023, but the exact timing has yet to be announced.
