“Soon there will be the ability to make voice and video calls for everyone on the platform, so you can talk to anyone in the world without giving away your phone number,” Musk said.
Also, starting May 10, users will be able to encrypt their private messages. It is not yet known whether the encryption will be extended to include searches within Twitter.
In addition, the platform will soon begin cleaning archived pages that their owners have not used for several years. According to Twitter rules, a user must log into their account at least once every thirty days, otherwise it can be considered inactive and deleted.
