Problems in the functioning of the Xbox Live online service in Russia can be observed only on consoles imported into the country through parallel import, that is, only on “gray” devices. About it on my Telegram channel reported YouTube blogger Denis “Denis Major” Rusakov.

Based on his experience and the experience of subscribers, Rusakov suggested that the region specified in the account settings does not affect the presence or absence of problems when authorizing on Xbox Live. According to him, this is illustrated by the fact that some Russian accounts continue to work in the Russian Federation, and some accounts with other regional settings, on the contrary, fail.

“Apparently, everything is fine with consoles officially imported into the Russian Federation. But “parallel” – problems. In my sponsored chat there is a person with two consoles – one PCT and the other Polish. PCT – works, Polish – dropped. It is simultaneously connected to the same router, ”wrote Rusakov.

According to the blogger, the Polish Xbox subscriber finally managed to log into Xbox Live anyway. To do this, he had to change the DNS in the system settings.

Formerly socialbites.ca Wrote Some Xbox game console users in Russia encountered an error logging into their accounts on the night of May 5.
