Motorola introduced two versions of budget smartphones – the Moto G 5G, which supports the 5G communication standard, and the Moto G Stylus with a stylus built into the body of the device. It has been reported 9to5Mac.

It is stated that each of the models will cost less than $ 250 (about 20 thousand rubles at the current exchange rate). Both devices feature a 6.5-inch 720p display with high refresh rates of 120 Hz on the Moto G 5G and 90 Hz on the Stylus.

Both devices have a 5,000mAh battery with 15W charging and support for high-definition cameras, 48MP on the Moto G 5G and 50MP on the Stylus.

The devices have 4GB of RAM and 64GB or 128GB of internal memory, depending on the model. At the same time, the budget smartphone received a microSD memory card slot. Each of Moto’s smartphones has a 3.5mm headphone jack, but the devices lack NFC support.

The main difference between smartphones: Moto G 5G is powered by Snapdragon 480+ chip, Moto G Stylus uses MediaTek Helio G85 Gaming Edition chip. There is no 5G support on this chip, but the performance between the two should be more or less the same.

Both phones come with the Android 13 mobile operating system. The Moto G Stylus is scheduled to go on sale on May 5 and the Moto G 5G on May 25.

Previously Motorola introduced Edge+ flagship smartphone with 165Hz refresh rate display and Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset.
