The first test results of the unannounced Samsung Exynos 2400 processor appeared on the network, and it follows from this that even the Apple A16 Bionic chip cannot compete with it in some categories. In this respect informs WccfTech’s version.

The results of testing the Exynos 2400 in the Geekbench 5 benchmark were shared on Twitter by an insider speaking under the alias OreXda. According to its data, according to the best run results, the new Samsung processor scored 1711 in single-core and 6967 in multi-core modes. At the same time, the processor averages 1530 and 6210 points in single-core and multi-core modes, respectively.

It is noted that Exynos 2400 is 30% more powerful than Qualcomm’s current flagship processor Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 used in Galaxy S23 series smartphones. Based on this, WccfTech believes that the new Samsung processor could be even more powerful than the future Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.

No less remarkable is that the Exynos 2400 in multi-core mode even gives a chance to the latest iPhone 14 Pro Max processor based on the Apple Bionic A16. The Apple processor still scores 1871 points in single-core mode and only 5344 points in multi-core mode.

It is not known exactly when Samsung will introduce the Exynos 2400 processor. However, it can almost certainly be said that this chip will be released in early 2024 along with smartphones from the Galaxy S24 series.
