Russian First Deputy Prime Minister Andrey Belousov said that the concept of Russia’s technological development by 2030 will be approved by the government in the coming days. He said this at the Intellectual Property Council at the Federation Council, reports TASS.
“The concept is scheduled to be approved by the government in the coming days,” Belousov said.
The Deputy Prime Minister also pointed out that a big leap must be made in 5-7 years in order to achieve technological dominance goals. According to him, the infrastructure for experimental design work (R&D) in the Russian Federation still practically does not exist and needs to be created.
Belousov also emphasized that tax incentives for the PRCs should be fundamentally strengthened, which should be comprehensive.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin, after the meeting of the Science and Education Council instructed Submit proposals for changes to Russia’s Strategy for Scientific and Technological Development, taking into account the anticipated challenges by October 15.
Also, according to the Kremlin, the President instructed to develop a methodology for funding major scientific and technical programs and projects of national importance.
