According to leaks, the Mix Fold 3 will feature a 6.5-inch external OLED display and an 8.02-inch internal display. Both screens will receive Full HD + resolution and will run at a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The front cameras on the outer and inner screens will be recessed – meaning they won’t be hidden under the screen like on the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4.
Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, as well as LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 4.0 storage will be responsible for the performance of the innovation. The maximum change is expected to offer 16GB of RAM and 1TB of internal storage.
According to rumors, the Xiaomi Mix Fold 3 will receive a system consisting of four 50-megapixel cameras, in the development of which Leica will also take part. The smartphone is known for the main camera, as in the Xiaomi 13 Ultra photography flagship – Sony IMX989, as well as the IMX858 ultra-wide-angle lens, IMX858 telephoto lens and periscope.
Also, according to insider information, the smartphone will receive water protection, wired and wireless charging with a capacity of 67 and 50 W, respectively.
The Xiaomi Mix Fold 3 is expected to be introduced on August 11 and will be exclusive to the Chinese market.
