Apple will begin manufacturing 32- and 42-inch monitors and iMacs and will completely remove LCDs from its devices by 2027. In this respect informs OLED-information portal with reference to the analytical company Omdia.

Analysts say that Apple will switch almost all of its devices to OLED by 2026. The company’s only LCD device will remain the 10.9-inch iPad, and iPad Pros will switch from Mini-LED to OLED by 2024. MacBook Pro laptops will get OLED displays in 2026.

The analyst report also states that the iMac with a 32-inch Mini-LED display will be introduced in 2023. This model will switch to QD OLED or WOLED by 2027. At the same time, the company will introduce a 42-inch OLED monitor.

Apple currently has a 32-inch Pro Display XDR in its lineup, but the company’s only iMac has a 24-inch display.
