In 2023, Russian contract electronics manufacturer Rutek plans to start production of domestic smartphones, tablets and laptops running the ROSA operating system based on production in Zelenograd. In this respect informs Kommersant version.

ROSA is a Linux-based operating system developed by the Russian company NTC IT ROSA. “Kommersant” writes that at the moment OS ROSA has a working market that offers about ten applications.
According to journalists, the initiator of the discussed project is Leonid Reiman, the former Minister of Communications of Russia. Referring to SPARK-Interfax, Kommersant writes that Reiman owns both STC IT ROSA and Rutek.
