Sber actively detects fraudulent applications that use the image of a Russian bank. The head of the press service of Sberbank, Polina Trizonova, told socialbites.ca about this.
“We regularly identify fraudulent applications that can be attributed to the bank and submit complaints to Google Play accordingly. However, it is the app store’s own responsibility to respond to complaints and block apps.”
According to Trizonova, the official application of the bank can be downloaded from the official website of Sberbank.
“To protect client funds, Sberbank has installed one of the best fraud monitoring systems in the world, the system efficiency is more than 99%,” said the head of the press service.
