VK announced the winners of the Olympiad in sports programming of the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology and the Moscow State Technical University “Technocup” named after NE Bauman.
The final was held in a hybrid format, at 11 venues in different cities and online. 948 schoolchildren from all over the country participated. All stages were held on the VK platform for IT championships – All Trophies.
64 people came first in the competition, where 170 people participated. Gleb Kostylev from Chelyabinsk, Ivan Chasovskikh from Khimki and Arseniy Varaksin from Barnaul entered the top three.
“Olympic winners and prize winners can apply for admission to a university without entrance exams or score 100 points in a special subject – computer science – in the Unified State Examination. They will also have priority when applying for VK training programs and internships at the company. The three winners who showed the best results received valuable prizes, all participants in the top 15 received VK Capsule Neo smart speakers.
In addition to the Olympics, various educational and entertaining events were also held. For example, VK speakers talked about mobile development and machine learning in Techno Talk. And there was an analysis of the Olympic problems of the final stage from MIPT experts. The publication was published in the VK Junior community on VKontakte.
