Analytical company CIRP conducted a studyAccordingly, every second iPhone user replaces their smartphone on the day of failure.
That’s why 45% of respondents said they would either repair or replace the iPhone right away, that is, on the day of the malfunction. When it comes to iPad and Mac, only 27% of users decide to buy a new one the day they break.
Within a day or two, 34% of iPhone users were ready to repair or replace an iPhone, compared with 30% and 35%, respectively, among iPad and Mac owners.
15% of iPhone owners, 23% of iPad users and 24% of Mac owners decide to replace it within a week.
Only a small fraction of those surveyed said they would wait more than a month or never replace their devices, which only underscores how important modern devices are to users.
