Apple is preparing to release an iOS fix (immediate update) designed to fix a number of issues, such as the Weather app not working on iPhone. In this respect informs MacRumor’s publication cites its own sources.
It is stated that the update will be released in iOS 16.4.1 format. There will be a temporary update before the release of iOS 16.5. According to MacRumors, Apple is making iOS 16.4.
Specifically, version 16.4.1 should fix the Weather app crashes that users around the world have been complaining about greatly. The fix will also fix a bug that caused some iPhone users to have to enter their Wi-Fi password every time they connect to the same hotspot. iOS 16.4.1 is reportedly due before the end of this week or early next week.
After that Apple will start finalizing iOS 16.5 which should add a number of minor options like the ability to start screen recording using Siri. The release of this version is scheduled for May 2023.
