According to Shadayev, restrictions on access to foreign sites and video hosting sites will be imposed due to the presence of their own infrastructure.
“Given we have the infrastructure, we will gradually limit schools’ access to foreign video services,” Shadayev warned.
Shadayev gave no further details about his video services and work on the territory of Russia at the last college of the ministry.
