The CardioBot app has received an update that allows it to be paired with an Apple Watch smartwatch to measure the user’s daily stress level. The portal drew attention to this. Hi-Tech Mail.Ru.

The stress measurement function is called the Trend of Heart Rate Variability. For these purposes, CardioBot captures changes in a person’s heart rate, identifies patterns and warns of a high level of tension. The practice recommends refraining from intense physical activity at such moments, so as not to aggravate the situation.

After activating the function, the app measures the user’s heart rate for the day and then shows him the “backed up stress” statistics for that day.

It is noted that the original Apple Watch does not yet have a built-in stress tracker. It is possible for the Cupertino-based company to add this feature in future generations of the device.
