Popular Moldovan blogger Nikolai “Necoglai” Lebedev, who was deported from Russia and later on the wanted list, has talked about his reasons for moving from Chisinau to Moscow in the past. In an interview with Ukrainian host Dmitry Gordon (known in the Russian Federation as a foreign agent), he talked about his life in the Russian capital. The video was posted on YouTube.
“At that time I was making funny content and most of my audience was in Moscow. And I got many offers from there: both advertising and interviews. I thought it was necessary to do business and develop. I flew too,” he said.
According to Nekoglai, he liked “the amount of money swirling around” in Moscow.
“There is always money floating around. I loved that they had fun there. I was at a party of 20 year old bloggers who love to have fun. And they showed this life to me, a man from Chisinau, ”the blogger recalled.
At the same time, Lebedev complained that “you are no longer seen as a person because there is no money in the Moscow campaigns.” “I was born in Chisinau and lived there for 21 years, I never went abroad from there, I sat and played computer all the time,” he said of his life before moving to the Russian capital.
