PS Plus Core Members became available March selection of free games, one of which is the multiplayer shooter Battlefield 2042.

Users of the service can already add to their collections and download: Battlefield 2042 for PS4 and PS5, Minecraft Dungeons and Code Vein for PS4. The distribution will last until April 3, 2023. Which games will go on sale next month will be determined towards the end of March.

Battlefield 2042 is the latest shooter in the series to be released in 2021. The game received mixed reviews, so this episode is considered the lowest rated episode in the Battlefield series.

Minecraft Dungeons is an action role-playing game set in the popular sandbox universe. This part is very different from the original Minecraft because it has no ability to craft items and you cannot break or place blocks.

2019 anime-themed action Code Vein may appeal to fans of the Dark Souls series.
