Rockstar will not release GTA VI before the end of 2024. Portal reports Dexerto Citing the words of an insider nicknamed Tez2.
As an insider noted, the sixth episode of the popular series will most likely air in the New Year’s season of 2024, but there’s a chance its release will be shifted to early 2025.
The delay may be due to Rockstar’s plans to move all developers from working remotely to offices, which could lead to layoffs of some “skilled employees.”
At the same time, Tez2 added that the developers are currently “cutting some of the content” from the game in order to get to the aforementioned release window in time. According to an insider source, the cut content will be added to GTA VI later, only after it’s released as DLC.
