Users of the flagship smartphone Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra complain that the S Pen stylus is constantly disconnecting from the device. In this respect informs Sammobile portal.
On Reddit and on the official Samsung community forums, Galaxy S23 Ultra users experiencing this issue are reporting that the S Pen randomly disconnects from the smartphone. To reconnect, they must insert the pen back into a recess inside the device.
There are two workarounds: reset the S Pen settings or enable the “Keep S Pen Connected” feature, which is disabled by default to save battery power when the pen is not in use.
How large the scale of the problem is and what caused it are yet to be reported. Samsung did not comment on the situation.
