Apple may introduce the iPhone 14 and 14 Plus in yellow. citing an unverified source informs MacRumors portal.
Several sources told the portal that Apple’s public relations team plans to launch a new product “next week.” It is noted that Apple’s announcement of the iPhone 13 in green on March 8, 2022, shows the possibility of a new color for the iPhone 14 as reasonable.
The last Apple smartphone to be released in yellow was the iPhone 11. Journalists also note that it is unlikely that the iPhone 14 Pro will be released in yellow, since in this case the smartphone will look like the current model in gold.
Apple often re-releases iPhones already introduced in the spring in new colors to boost mid-cycle sales. For example, in March last year, Apple introduced the iPhone 13 and 13 mini in green, as well as the “alpine green” iPhone 13 Pro. In April 2021, the iPhone 12 and 12 mini were released in purple.
