Users of the flagship Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra began to complain in social networks about a defect found on the screen, due to which a feeling of “roughness” appeared on the screen. In this respect informs Android Authorized portal.
Thus, users started to find bumps on the bottom right or left side of their smartphone’s screen. This effect can be seen in the curves of the screen, so Galaxy S23 Ultra owners began to wonder if their device was working. Also, there are no reports of a non-working screen – complaints are based precisely on external signs.
Samsung representatives explained that the display on the Galaxy S23 Ultra is fine, despite visible screen bumps. It is noted that parts of the Galaxy S23 Ultra’s screen may appear “squashed” or “stuck” when struck by light rays.
However, as some owners of the Galaxy S23 Ultra did not experience such problems, users were not satisfied with this answer, which clearly indicates a marriage. It is not reported whether users will be able to replace the smartphone with a new one under warranty.
