The State Duma has proposed to return to the discussion of the ban on remote work for some IT professionals who left Russia after the start of the CBO. It has been reported interfax.
The list of positions that can be prohibited includes, among others, specialists engaged in the circulation of government information systems (GIS), systems of critical information infrastructure facilities (CII facilities), and personal data in companies.
The recommendations of the Ministry of Digital Development, together with the State Duma, propose the prohibition of remote work of IT specialists “in relation to the development, implementation and management of information systems of state information systems, critical information infrastructure facilities.” as well as the circulation of personal data.”
