YouTube blogger Jackarte has released a 90s-style trailer for Hogwarts Legacy on his channel. Portal reports aroged.

Basically, the blogger took the current trailer of the game, in which the main characters use the Cruciatus spell. Using the Unity 3D engine, Jackarte redesigned the trailer’s graphics to resemble old designs for the PlayStation 1 console popular in the 90s. The blogger also posted a comparison video of the original and the “remake” to properly assess the changes made.

Reviewers praised Jackarte’s style and praised it for its authentic PS1 style graphics.

Hogwarts Legacy was released for PC, Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5 on February 10. More releases are expected for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, as well as Nintendo Switch. At the time of publication, the project is at the top of Steam in terms of both revenue and concurrent players.
