The National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences has announced the winners of the 65th Grammy Awards. The Best Score award for a Video Game or Other Interactive Media went to the Dawn of Ragnarok DLC for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. Portal reports IGN.

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla: Dawn of Ragnarok was composed by first-time video game contributor Stephanie Economou.

“Actually, as people in the video game community will say, I’m a novice at making soundtracks. It’s hard to run against such giants in video game music.”

Along with Assassin’s Creed Valhalla: Dawn of Ragnarok, Aliens: Fireteam Elite, Call of Duty: Vanguard, Old World, and Guardians of the Galaxy were also nominated. It was noted that the nomination for “Best soundtrack for a video game or other interactive media” was presented at the Grammys for the first time.
