Yury Khovansky
Khovansky moved from Russia to Serbia. The blogger stated that he decided to leave shortly after being in a pre-trial detention center in a criminal case because of a song on stream. He explained that at the time some advised him to leave Russia, but the blogger did not listen to them.
“And this time it’s like tens of thousands of people are warning me. And it’s not talking about these stories. [о мобилизации в России]covered by the same Ksenia Sobchak, so I took my feet in my hands and decided not to wait. [получения повестки]”, he took note.
In late September, Khovansky was spotted on a flight from Moscow to Issyk-Kul Airport in Kyrgyzstan. He later moved to Belgrade. Since then, the blogger continues to post and post videos.
In one of the publications, he talked about his personal impressions of Belgrade. “I’m always in a hurry, trying to do something like a residence permit, for example, but Serbs are so annoying,” he said.
Polako is a word describing the calm and unhurried rhythm of Serbian life. According to Khovansky, he regularly encounters the fact that it can take an unusually long time for food and drink to be delivered in cafes. But the blogger has repeatedly stated that he does not plan to return to Russia in the near future.
Novel “NFKRZ” Abalin
Abalin took a break, saying that he did not find it normal to continue posting entertainment videos on February 24, 2022, right after the start of the military operation. On March 16, he confirmed that he had left Russia and was in Tbilisi.
Abalin continues to shoot vlogs and reactions to the Russian events in Georgia. Answering questions from viewers in a recent video, the blogger said she misses her friends and family staying in Russia.
“The metaphysical sense of home has really disappeared for me. In Tbilisi, even months later, I feel like I am abroad. I miss old Russia. And even if I go to Europe, I will still be depressed because I am not at home, ”said Abilin.
NFKRZ is one of the few bloggers of Russian origin that is popular primarily with Western audiences – the 24-year-old resident of Chelyabinsk publishes his videos only in English.
In the video, he talks about news about Russia, vlogs interesting places in different cities of the country, and also reflects on the history of Russia for English-speaking audiences.
Olga “Olyashaa” Saxon
Publisher and blogger Olyasha went to Canada in November with her boyfriend. She now broadcasts live from the streets of Toronto, showing viewers sights, cafes, and other interesting places, she.
“Even though it’s cold outside, people mostly walk around dressed very thin. What are the benefits? Delicious food, friendly people, English, unlike Spain, ”Olyasha said in one of the streams.
He did not associate his decision to leave with a military operation or mobilization. In 2021, the blogger regularly went to Spain, but constantly returned to Russia. But according to Olyasha, the move to Canada took place: the couple got a work visa and planned to acquire citizenship.
The broadcaster also said that it plans to broadcast not only with its Russian counterparts, but also with Canadian cosplayers and broadcasters.
Ilya “Maddyson” Davydov
Initially, Maddison traveled to Serbia with Khovansky. However, it soon became clear that bloggers did not have the same positive outlook on life in Belgrade. According to Khovansky, Ilya was extremely upset that viewers negatively perceived the blogger’s departure from Russia.
Davydov later announced that he had to leave Serbia. He claimed that the departure was connected with the Russian-speaking fans of the Red Star football club, who allegedly found him and demanded to leave the country, after comparing local residents with gypsies in one of the old videos.
Khovansky confirmed that Maddison left Belgrade not because of the anger of football fans, but because he “did not like Serbia”. The blogger implied that Davydov had gotten used to life in Moscow, and that all statements about fans were “a three- or four-layer post where Ilya got stuck.”
At the end of November, a rumor spread among Maddison’s audience that the blogger had returned to Moscow. He began broadcasting using chromakey, a technology that changes the background in advertisements, to obscure the view of his Moscow apartment.
For the image, the blogger seemed to have specially chosen the background of the circle, which is easily found in a search engine in the first results. Maddison also showed her pet in one of the broadcasts she didn’t take to Belgrade. However, the blogger has not yet confirmed that he is returning directly to Russia.
Maxim “+100500” Golopolosov
At the end of September, blogger and YouTube show host +100500 Maxim Golopolosov was spotted on the border with Kazakhstan. He later assured that he was leaving for the shooting, but is currently still in Kazakhstan.
Golopolosov is known to have been greeted by a local blogger, Timur Darkhanov. Later, Maxim said that he came to Almaty and lived there. He noted that he liked the city’s air and mild climate.
“In Moscow there is often wind that intensifies the cold, so in terms of comfort it is very pleasant here. By the way, I lived in Moscow all my life and got used to the rhythm of the big city. And in Almaty it is not boring, there is a kind of movement and a lot of interesting things,” he said.
“Max +100500” says the trip to Kazakhstan was temporary and linked to the shootings. “Actually, this is not his first time in Almaty,” the blogger added, and he goes there regularly in winter and summer.
However, the fact that Golopolosov can stay in Almaty is due to the fact that a new video was posted on his channel in November – almost a month after the previous one. Judging by the fact that the background image hasn’t changed in any way, the blogger moved his studio to Kazakhstan.
Julius “Yulik” Oneshko
Oneshko did not make the move public, but several photos were released at the end of September that also showed Yulik across the Georgian border.
Later, the blogger indirectly confirmed that he went to Georgia and lived in Tbilisi. The broadcaster continues to livestream and post new videos on YouTube.
Periodically, he shows the apartment he rented in Georgia on his Telegram channel. But the blogger never explained why he left Russia, which coincided with the announcement of partial mobilization.
“There were problems in Georgia, but all can be solved if you make a local SIM card with the Internet. Concisely and clearly, ”Julik said in one of the streams.
Judging by the videos posted regularly, the blogger does not plan to return to Russia in the near future.
Vladimir “Bratishkinoff” Bratishkin
Publisher bratishkinoff flew to Turkey to live with his publishing colleague, Vadim Evelone Kozakov, at the end of October.
Bratishkin’s departure was first discussed in September after the start of partial mobilization, but later denied this information.
“According to public opinion, I have already left my home to another country. The fact that I was in the same company with Nikolai Sobolev, Gusein Gasanov and Mikhail Lazutin broke me the most, ”the streamer got angry during one of the broadcasts at the end of September.
Lazutin is the head of the Anti-Lev People’s movement, known for the constant raids on Khokhlovskaya Square, also known as the Pit in Moscow, among other things. Activists oppose smoking and drinking in public.
Nikolai Sobolev actively talks about political and social events on his channel. In 2017, the blogger attended a meeting with Vladimir Medinsky, who was then Minister of Culture, and in 2018 he posted a video advertising Gorky Park in the capital.
Since the end of October, blogger Bratishkin really continues to live in Istanbul, broadcasting live from the city and showing viewers daily life in the country.
Judging by the pictures on social networks and posts from the room, a group of bloggers rented a large house in which they lived together. In one of the streams that happened recently, Bratishkin went shopping with other streamers at the Migros store in a shopping center in Istanbul’s Şişli district.
The blogger did not comment on whether he plans to return to Russia. It is known that Bratishkin flew to Turkey many times in the past, but did not stay there for long.
