Twitter CEO Elon Musk on his own page on the social network announced several new features for the site, including the launch of long posts and a large-scale update of the interface.
The first update will be the introduction of the functionality to switch to the feeds of followed profiles by swiping left and right from the suggested posts tab. This update will be available within a week.
A bookmark button will appear on the social network in the second half of January, and “long tweets” will become available in the first days of February.
Musk also announced the “first part” of an extensive update to the Twitter interface. Details of this update have not yet been disclosed.
