Technology companies Biel Glasss from Spain and Panasonic from Japan have launched smart glasses to restore vision in the visually impaired. As officially stated blog Companies from Osaka, experts have been jointly creating a useful device since 2021.

“Artificial intelligence and machine vision recognize the environment and AR technology adapts it. For example, by creating data in the form of clearly visible graphic displays,” said a Panasonic representative. The innovation was first demonstrated at the CES 2023 technological achievement exhibition in Las Vegas.

Micro OLED displays with a resolution of 5.2K are used as the display, and the flat lens system allows you to make the device as compact as possible. To facilitate donning, a fastening system is used that evenly distributes the weight of the glasses.

Biel Glass is confident that it will help device owners to “see” again obstacles and other dangers for safe independent movement.
