WhatsApp users will be able to save messages that have disappeared after reading them. Portal reports WABetaInfo.

If the user has the Disappearing Messages feature enabled, any message will be in the chat for 24 hours and then automatically deleted. Now the developers of the messenger have provided the ability to save the disappearing message. Also, if necessary, the recording can be canceled at any time.

As WABetaInfo points out, the function is still under development and not available to a wide range of users.

In early December, it became known that WhatsApp users could send one-time text messages. They can only be read once, because when the chat is closed and reopened, the message will be hidden and the user will receive the notification: “Time to read this message has expired. Ask (the sender) to forward it.”

Earlier Roskachestvo explained why Telegram is more secure than WhatsApp.
